i-Managed Services

Itraction's managed services operate under our i-Managed division. We host on the Windows 2003 platform.

Windows 2003 gives us goodies like ASP.NET and the extremely powerful Exchange platform. Exchange 2003 enables mobile access to email on a regular GPRS/UMTS phone. It also provides the popular Outlook 2003 web client.

Dedicated or shared
A managed services setup consists of one or more dedicated servers. For small implmentations up to 10 users we can provide shared servers.

SLA
Service Level Agreements (SLA's) guarantee the uptime and quality of our service. We offer the following 3 levels:

IMS-E - MS-Entry Level guarantees a uptime of 99,0%
IMS-S - MS-Standard guarantees a uptime of 99,5%
IMS-P - MS-Premium guarantees a uptime of 99,9%

SLA's with a higher uptime are possible too. We use the Stratus ftServer W 4300 series for > 99,9% availability.

Systems
We provide multiple configurations starting with dual 64 bit CPU's, at least 2 GB memory and Equallogic PS Series SAN's providing managed storage with a very high performance.
